Running With The Fash Pack....London Fashion Week A/W 2010
Y'all know I am hopeless at names and need to write them down to remember them. Um, and I did write down this girl's name but I still haven't picked up my LFW notebook from where I left it a few weeks ago. So anyway, I think her name is Lindsay (don't hate me if I am wrong!) and I actually took her photo last September at LFW. She was with a friend and I remember saying to her that she should think about maybe seeing a modelling agency. And in February I ran into her again and she is modelling- yay!!!! I love it when good things happen to lovely people. I absolutely adore what she is wearing here- she just looks so pretty and fresh. And her hat? It was only to keep the rain off her face :))

Despite the fact that I am desperate for sunny weather conditions for something I am shooting on Thursday, I am secretly a little bit happy that it is still so cold: I have SO many more winter photos to post! In a few more weeks it will seem faintly ridiculous to be posting photos of winter coats. I must, MUST get them all up ASAP. Anyway, I thought her little duffle-cape was super cute :)

My camera and I fell in love with Alice (and her equally fabulous sister, Molly, whose photos I will post later) and her outfit. I adore her sweet little red pinny and wonderful cape. It reminds me of a cross between what Marios Schwab (dirndl-esque dresses) and Topshop Unique sent down the runways. And does anyone else think she bears a striking resemblance to Chloe Sevigny?
p.s. Arrived in Paris yesterday morning to an absolutely cracking Spring day! And oh my, I almost passed out and went to fashion heaven outside the Christian Dior show yesterday- it was incredible! So many utterly gorgeous, fabulous, amazing women going into the show- I was in awe and didn't know quite where to point my camera. I don't think I got many shots (first day nerves?!) but I am just so happy that I got to see everyone-it truly is so exciting. Day 2 (for me) here I come!

Imran Amed, who runs the delightful blog Business of Fashion*. I've photographed Imran a couple of times now and he always looks fantastic: immaculate tailoring and savvy accessorisation. Love his Y-3 trainers here....

*Talking about New York, did everyone see the AA Gill review on Momofuku milk bar and the hot new NYC restaurant, The Breslin, in yesterday's Sunday Times Magazine? The Breslin, in particular, sounds completely brilliant (UK chef April Bloomfield is executive chef- she is also behind the West Village gastro pub The Spotted Pig). I soooooo want to go back to NYC NOW*!**okay, so maybe after Paris Fashion Week is finished. I wish :)

Holli Rogers, the very lovely and gorgeous (love that smile!) Buying Director for Net-a-Porter. It feels rather strange to be posting photos of such warm winter coats, thick tights and boots when today is just bursting with Spring (clear blue skies, warm breeze, no rain!)-how different the weather is from this time last week. One of my friend's texted me to say it was quite "cold" in Sydney today.....yep, it hit 19°C!! I think we are up to about a max of 10 °C today here (positively barmy ;))
